With over two decades of experience in holistic wellness, Lisa brings together intuitive healing, body-based support, spiritual insight, and grounded guidance to help clients reconnect with the heart of who they are.

Her work supports heart-led women, emerging healers, and leaders who are ready to release old patterns, deepen self-trust, and create a more aligned life.
