About the Founder
Lisa Lazo Foresman is the founder of Inner Star Wisdom—a Reiki Master Teacher, Massage Therapist, intuitive healer, and transformational guide with over two decades of training and experience in holistic wellness.
Her journey began in 2001 as a massage therapist and singer/songwriter. She later founded Massage Integration LLC, a mobile massage company that grew to a team of 50 LMTs serving thousands of households, hotel guests, and corporate clients across Texas. During the pandemic, Lisa transitioned fully into the work she loves most: energy healing, teaching, and co-creating Enlumnia with her partner.
Today, through Inner Star Wisdom, Lisa supports heart-centered individuals, emerging healers, and conscious entrepreneurs on their path of awakening and self-discovery through 1:1 sessions, transformational healing journeys, online courses, and Reiki training and certification.
