Inner Star Wisdom Reiki™ is an integrative, living Reiki lineage led by Reiki Master Teacher, Lisa Lazo Foresman, that weaves together foundational Western Usui and Tibetan Reiki teachings with earth wisdom, breath-based practices, and modern energetic systems.
This practice supports relaxation, emotional balance, mental clarity and overall energetic vitality, while cultivating self-awareness and a trusting relationship with your own inner wisdom. Reiki 1 is the foundation of your Reiki journey. This level focuses on reconnecting with your body, heart, cultivating inner awareness, and learning to care for your energy in a grounded, practical way. Reiki is introduced as a hands-on and off self-healing practice that supports balance, clarity, and resilience in daily life. This level emphasizes the practice of self love, self-awareness, and energetic self care.
Reiki I is ideal if you:
- Feel ready to reconnect with your body and inner awareness with compassion
- Are highly sensitive or empathic and need stronger energetic boundaries
- Are healing from burnout, stress, or emotional overwhelm
- Are a massage therapist or wellness professional seeking an energetic foundation for self-care

Reiki 2 expands your Reiki practice beyond self-healing and into working with others. This level offers clear instruction, hands-on practice, and guided experience so you can confidently facilitate Reiki sessions in person and at a distance.
Reiki II is ideal if you:
Feel called to offer Reiki to family and friends
Feel called to become a professional energy practitioner
Want to deepen your energetic self care and trust your inner wisdom
Are a bodyworker or wellness professional ready to integrate a Reiki into your work
What you will learn in Reiki II:
- Draw, activate, and apply Reiki symbols for self-healing and for healing others
- Prepare yourself, your space, and the client for a Reiki session
- Facilitate complete in-person Reiki sessions with clarity and presence
- Conduct distance Reiki sessions using established Reiki techniques
- Send Reiki to the past and future for healing and integration
- And more ways to utilize reiki in daily life
Stepping Into Practice:
Reiki II is the level where many practitioners begin offering Reiki beyond personal practice. While there is no pressure to start a business, this certification qualifies you to ethically offer Reiki sessions — including paid sessions — if and when you feel ready.
Additional guidance is provided through the online learning portal to support practitioner development, boundaries, and ethical practice beyond the in-person training.
