Reiki 1 is the foundation of your Reiki journey. This level focuses on reconnecting with your body, heart, cultivating inner awareness, and learning to care for your energy in a grounded, practical way. Reiki is introduced as a hands-on and off self-healing practice that supports balance, clarity, and resilience in daily life. This level emphasizes the practice of self love, self-awareness, and energetic self care.

Reiki I is ideal if you:

Reiki 2 expands your Reiki practice beyond self-healing and into working with others. This level offers clear instruction, hands-on practice, and guided experience so you can confidently facilitate Reiki sessions in person and at a distance.

Reiki II is ideal if you:

Feel called to offer Reiki to family and friends
Feel called to become a professional energy practitioner
Want to deepen your energetic self care and trust your inner wisdom
Are a bodyworker or wellness professional ready to integrate a Reiki into your work

What you will learn in Reiki II:

Draw, activate, and apply Reiki symbols for self-healing and for healing others
Prepare yourself, your space, and the client for a Reiki session
Facilitate complete in-person Reiki sessions with clarity and presence
Conduct distance Reiki sessions using established Reiki techniques
Send Reiki to the past and future for healing and integration
