Hi, I’m Lisa Lazo Foresman, Energy Healer, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and founder of Inner Star Wisdom. My mission is to help people like you reconnect with your authentic self, restore balance in your energy field, and cultivate the spiritual practices that bring greater clarity, confidence, and peace. I absolutely love what I do and am always exploring new ways to create meaningful results for the clients and students I serve.

For more than twenty years, I’ve guided people through healing experiences that blend the art of Reiki, sound healing, massage therapy, and spiritual coaching. In recent years, I’ve also incorporated Step Astrology and Quantum Human Design, two game-changing energetic archetypal systems that bring deeper context to your life purpose, strengths, challenges, and karmic lessons. My sessions and programs are designed to help you release stress, increase vitality, and align your daily life with your higher purpose.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music Composition from the University of North Texas, and music continues to shape my work. I often use sound and vibration through curated music tracks, crystal singing bowls, vocal toning, and solfeggio frequencies to help regulate the nervous system and promote energetic harmony. My own journey with Inner Star Wisdom is nudging me to explore my musical gifts in a deeper way. I’m excited to see how this unfolds.  

As a Continuing Education Provider for Texas Massage Therapists, I also train practitioners to integrate energetic awareness into their professional practice. Through the Inner Star Wisdom Academy, I offer Reiki certification classes from Level 1 through Reiki Master Teacher, personalized healing journeys, and educational programs that make energy work both accessible and deeply transformative.

At the center of all my work is the core belief that you are your own best healer. Within you is a unique energetic blueprint filled with wisdom, purpose, and possibility. When you begin working with your energy consciously, you naturally return to balance and flow.
