Consultation & Chakra Reading – We begin with a conversation to understand your intentions, needs, and goals for healing and how they correspond with the current state of your chakras.
Relaxation & Centering – Gentle breathing and relaxation techniques to help you arrive fully in the moment.
Opening Invocation – To set intention and create a sacred, safe and supportive healing space.
Guided Visualization – As Reiki energy flows, you may be guided into imagery that deepens your healing and connection to Earth, Source and Stars.
Reiki Energy Healing – Using gentle hand placements, Reiki is channeled to balance your chakras, release stress, and clear energy blockages.
Closing blessing & Integration – The session concludes with a closing blessing and time for reflection, ensuring you leave grounded, clear, and uplifted.

Your New Client Virtual Reiki Session is 75 minutes and we connect via Zoom:
Opening Connection – We begin together on Zoom with a short consultation about your current needs.
Guided Relaxation – I lead you into a calm, centered state so you can fully receive the healing.
Distance Reiki Healing – I work with your energy body, chakras, and aura to restore balance.
Optional Relaxing Music – Soothing music curated to deepen your relaxation.
Closing Invocation & Insights – We end with a sacred closing, grounding your energy and sharing any intuitive messages that came through.
How to Prepare
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.
Light your favorite candles, incense, or diffuser with relaxing essential oils.
Lie down or sit in a supported position, adding a blanket or pillow if desired.
Use headphones if possible to fully experience the sound healing frequencies.
Keep water nearby and allow gentle integration time afterward.
