How to Prepare & Etiquette
Create a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax, receive, and not be disturbed.
During the opening, intentions, and lunar wisdom discussion, you’re welcome to have your video on or off.
For the guided meditation and distance Reiki, please turn your camera and microphone off and find a comfortable place to rest.
You may want to have:
- A journal and pen
- Water or tea
- A blanket or pillow
- Crystals, or other sacred items
- Candles, incense, or essential oils if you enjoy them
Please arrive on time. We will begin by 7:05 PM Central.
